BLISS YOGA
GENTLE FLOW
The class is basic but dynamic yoga postures that coordinate with breath, body movement and awareness. It is a wonderful class to stretch whole body in a gentle and effective way .
It is ideal Yoga class for all levels.
YOGA THERAPY
This class is designed to develop the strength and flexibility of back, neck and shoulders etc. It is suitable for all levels and very helpful class to heal injured and tired body.
HATHA YOGA
This class links modification of Hatha Yoga postures into a sequence of movements that flow smoothly from one to the next. This class explore Breathing technique, few warm up, standing postures, sun salutation and it’s variation and inversion. Modifications will be provided for postures to enhance flexibility, alignment and strength to make this class accessible for all. Connecting the breath with the movement of the body during Hatha yoga and deepening into the stretch allows energy to flow and provides relaxation for the busy mind.
VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow is 60 minutes yoga workout covering everything you will need to look and feel. In this class we will guide you through one of the most dynamic yoga flow which emphasis on all key component including balance, strength, flexibility, vitality and detox with yogic breathing. This class is definitely suitable for every level of Yoga practitioner
CHAIR YOGA
In this class you will learn to create a space and directly focusing the attention to specific alignment. Here you will learn to awaken the area of the body that have been inactive, passive even unknown, thereby improve circulation, soothe aching joints by strengthen the inactive muscles which we are unaware in our daily activities. It is a multilevel class which suits everyone whether you are new into yoga or an adept practitioner. This class will guide you to develop a supported and safe yoga practice with using special Yoga Chair.
SUN SALUTATION
In this class you will learn 3 different sets of sun salutation including Classical Hatha style Sun Salutation, modifications of dynamic Sun Salutation and Dancing warrior sun salutation including jumping and floating. It is a most dynamic mobility class that fire up your every muscles in your body with challenging transitions to taste your balance, strength and flexibility
WHEEL YOGA
It is a new style of Yoga which is suitable to every level. Here we work for tight shoulders, stiff spine and tight hips and with the help of wheel you can really feel deeper stretch. It is really helpful class for back issues such as chronic back pain, slipped disc and sciatic pain and many more. Come and enjoy to have a different experience with our Dharma Yoga certified Teacher.
