I am grateful that God has given me a chance to learn yoga from Teacher Bikram 3 years ago in 2015 when my first yoga teacher was on a 3 weeks vacation. Initially I thought he will be my temporary teacher for 3 weeks but Teacher Bikram yoga classes are very different and I stayed till today. 😉 

3 years of learning under his guidance and correction, I am stronger in body, mind and emotion ever since I joint Teacher Bikram yoga lessons. Physical wise, from headstand that I needed a wall to support my legs and today I can do free headstand on empty space; butterfly pose that my legs hanging in the air and now my knees are on the floor; not forgetting other poses that I could not achieve earlier example split, tripod Headstand, frying Pigeon, grasshopper & other tough poses. My body is more and more flexible today compared with 3 years ago. My mind is clearer of what I want to achieve in life than 3 years ago. Yoga is a life long process, I will forever open my body and mind to explore the capabilities that I have and forever learning. Teacher, please stay healthy and I want to learn from you more each week. Namaste 🙏

People around me would know that I have zero interest in physical activity, be it jogging, cycling, dancing or yoga. I started to realize the importance to stay healthy when my age is catching up. I gained weight easily even with normal meals. I also get tired easily at the end of the day. I go to bed early but I seldom have a nice sleep as I tend to wake up multiple times throughout the night.

My new life begins when one day I walked pass a yoga studio, new opening in Taipan USJ. I got attracted by the notice that stated one trial class for free. This is the only yoga studio that gives a free trial class for a new joiner that I know of. So I decided to pluck up the courage and persuade my good friend to accompany me to try it out.

Master Bikram is a very experienced teacher and shows great patience even with someone that has no passion for exercise like me. Every yoga posture is guided systematically throughout his class. Nothing brought me more satisfaction that certain impossible poses has become possible.

In just three months of three classes a week, I have seen the benefits of yoga for myself. Firstly, I feel less tired and to my surprise, I can sleep deeper every night without staying awake few times. Secondly, I have witnessed the firmness of my lower body and I have slimmed down tremendously. Thirdly, I find myself more focused and better memory with the improved blood circulation.

Thank you to master Bikram and I have enjoyed so much in your class.

Be it an absolute beginner or one who is seeking to bring his/her yoga practice to a new level, searching for an experienced and knowledgeable teacher is never easy. However, my search finally ended when I popped in Bliss Yoga to meet up with Master Bikram.

A calm and composed personality greeted me as I couldn’t wait to know more about what Master Bikram has to offer in his classes. He enthusiastically said, join a class and experience it yourself. That first attempt has today, led to my continual daily yoga practice with him.

Practicing with Master Bikram, you can be doubly assured that you are in safe hands. The studio provides a sense of peacefulness and calmness. His instructions and commands prior to executing each pose is clear and precise, and he is in every corner of the room to assist students with their poses. His strong emphasis on proper and correct body alignments, coupled with breathing techniques and mindfulness, ensures that the one hour class he conducted is well spent, sending us back home each time feeling warmly energized and with a cluster- free clear mind.

What draws me back each day to attend Master’s class is his carefully structured yoga Flow. It slowly awakens my body through each smooth flow of the combination of Asanas(Yoga Poses), drawing my attention onwards to my breathing and encourages me to concentrate, through continual practice, allowing my mind, body and breath to work in unison, which Master termed as moving meditation.

Counting my blessings each day to be able to progress my yogic journey with Master Bikram and I believe my fellow students can’t agree with me more, with many who have been with him for more than 10 years, and streams of new students continue to surface now and then. 

Can’t extend enough of my appreciation to you Master for sharing your vast knowledge, your patience, your confidence in us and at times, your humor! NAMASTE

I have learnt my Yoga unintentionally. After the first trial class session about two years ago, and had seen the wonderful posture picture of my Yoga teacher posted on the entrance wall. I had gained great confidence and trust that he is an amazing teacher for us to get in depth and well prepared Yoga exercises.

 

He was able to direct, uplift the class confidently and also help us to push through our Yoga difficulties mentally and physically.

 

He is also happy to share openly on his Experiences and knowledge other than Yoga as well. He could connect everyone of us in the class well especially the group photo session of the wonderful posture which was shared in our whatsapp group.

 

Furthermore, I was able to relax, feel rejuvenated and fresh after Yoga exercises. Thank you very much to my great teacher.

 I’m a person with no passion and lack of energy on exercise. Never think of I can be on yoga and love it while the journey begins with Master Bikram.

I selected yoga because of slip disc and my body very stiff. I went few yoga centres and they rejected to teach me. Until I found Master Bikram. He just so confident that he can heal me with proper yoga. I decided to give both of us a chance and feel his place with good vibes and energy......

 

A place where you can find yoga teaching from different perspectives and improvised from old school of yoga practices but is practical in promoting safe practice....

A place where you find real teaching out of passions...... I’ve learned so much from him and he teaches not only yoga but lots of things that can yoga apply in our daily life. I really just want to say thank you for making me feel like I really can practice yoga. I’ve such a freedom of choice while I’m there on yoga mat that is absolutely refreshing on so many levels.

Yoga has become a very common term in the entire world. The regular practice of asanas and breathing exercise, makes the body strong, supple and healthy.

Many common physical ailments can also be improved through regular practice of yoga. If you are looking for a yoga studio, Bliss Yoga is worth experiencing. Bikram yogi, the yoga instructor, his classes are conducted very professionally, explaining the benefits of each postures and movements, paying attention to individual flexibility. A good and knowledgeable instructor.

I love how I am learning about myself mentally and physically and spiritually and how they are connected. Going through my daily life I find myself thinking about the things I learned during my yoga practice. Things like my breathing, posture, letting go of things I cannot control and living in the present moment. Physically yoga has helped tremendously with my strength and flexibility.

I am thankful that I found Bikram yogi! My journey is ongoing and will continue practicing yoga for the rest of my life.
